Ramadan Nalcıoğlu, is a visual artist, a storyteller, and an activist. He graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Graphic Design in 2011. Before starting his job at The Home Cafe, he was working as graphic designer in corporate and in advertisement for many years. Then he shifted his focus away from the commercial form of graphic design to the creative and cultural aspects of the arts. As an artist he explores the visual representation of Cypriot identity to connect the lost link between communities of Cyprus. Through his work, he seeks to make meaningful contributions to create positive change and promote dialogue. He also works as a freelance graphic designer for EU funded projects, and for civil society organisations.
