Erbay 2013 y\u0131l\u0131ndan bu yana \u0130nsani Yard\u0131m Misyonu Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6revini y\u00fcr\u00fctmektedir. Daha \u00f6nce K\u0131br\u0131s'ta siyasi ve siyasi olmayan \u00e7e\u015fitli akt\u00f6rlerle \u00e7at\u0131\u015fma d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc i\u00e7in yo\u011fun olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan K\u0131br\u0131s Diyalog Forumu'nun e\u015f koordinat\u00f6r\u00fcd\u00fcr.
