Description
Join us for an evening stroll around Nicosia across the divide to celebrate this year’s International Day of Peace!
We’ll visit some of the walled town’s most famous places of gathering and entertainment including cafes, bars, music venues and community centres, and think about how they have acted as spaces of socialisation, exchange and, at times, political organising for the various groups of people that inhabit or have historically inhabited Nicosia.
Participation in the walk is free however registration is required!
This walk will take place across the divide in Nicosia. Participants must carry their ID or passport to attend the walk in full.
