The Conference Room is located on the ground floor of the Home for Cooperation, and has a seated capacity of maximum 60 people.

Kiralama ücreti €40’dan başlar ve sonraki her bir saat için ek €10 ile ücretlendirilir.
For bookings on Weekdays 17:00-23:00 and Saturdays full day, there is an added cost for caretaking fees of €8 per hour.
Pazar günleri için bina görevlisi ücreti €12 olarak belirlenmiştir.

- 22 people in u-shape (including 11 tables)

MEKAN VE EKİPMAN KULLANIMI
Rezervasyonun onayı, aşağıdaki koşulların kabul edilmesi anlamına gelir:
- Rezervasyonun başladığı saatte odaya
- Belirtilen saatte odayı boşlatmak
- Kullanılan alanı temiz ve düzenli bırakmak
- Any loss or damage relating to or resulting from the hire: including any extra cleaning or damage to equipment will need to be compensated by the hirer
- Binanın tamamında geçerli olan sigara içilmez kuralına uygun hareket etmek
- Note that using double sided tape or other materials which are damaging to the walls and furniture of the rental rooms is prohibited
- Pay all service charges and other charges associated with the hiring agreement within 15 days of the invoice rendered by the Home for Cooperation/AHDR
- Dayanişma Evi’nin tüm kural ve yönetmeliklerine uygun hareket etmek
- The hirer is liable for any other costs that will need to be incurred by the H4C in connection with providing any service under the service agreement, i.e. hiring of additional equipment etc.
- Dayanışma Evi, bilgilendirilmesi durumunda, ek bir ücret karşılığında kırtasiye ve fotokopi hizmeti sağlayabilir.
- Dışarıdan getirilen herhangi bir ekipman ya da malzeme, organizatörlerin sorumluluğundadır. Dayanışma Evi, herhangi bir hasar, kayıp ya da hırsızlıktan sorumlu tutulamaz.
- Rezervasyonu gerçekleştiren kişi/kurum, odanın önceden hazırlanması için gerekli olan zamanı ayarlamak ve kullanmaktan sorumludur. Ör. Poster, pankart asılması, materyal dağıtımı vs.
- Belirtilen tüm ücretler KDV hariçtir.
İPTAL POLİTİKASI
- Rezervasyon saatine 48 saatten az kalmışsa, iptal durumunda, rezervasyon ücretinin u iptal ücreti olarak alınır.
- Rezervasyon saatine 24 saatten az kalmışsa, iptal durumunda, rezervasyon ücretinin si iptal ücreti olarak alınır.
- Eğer rezervasyonu yapan kişi/kurum gelmezse, tüm ücret tahsil edilecektir.
