Ilsu has joined the Home for Cooperation team in May 2023. She holds an MRes in Security, Conflict and Human Rights from University of Bristol and a BSc in Sociology with Psychology from University of Surrey. During her studies, Ilsu has actively volunteered in different bicommunal initiatives in Cyprus and the UK and was an intern at Association for Historical Dialogue and Research before starting her role as Administration Officer at Home for Cooperation. She is responsible for the main services and day to day running of H4C such as the management of the facilities and the booking services.
